TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
I hereby
agree to a financial obligation to The Hershey Jr. Bears for
2008-2009 season if selected to a AAA team and Parent/Player signs a
contract of acceptance to a team. I understand that I may not leave The Hershey Jr.
Bears to go to another organization without payment in full and a
release from The Hershey Jr. Bears. The Hershey Jr. Bears views the
mandatory fundraisers as part of the players fee. I also
understand that failure to pay the player fee according to the
payment guidelines set forth will result in loss of practice and/or
game ice for my son/daughter.
Payments are to be made at Contract and on June 1st, Aug. 1st, Oct. 1st, Dec. 1st.
