TERMS AND
CONDITIONS:
I hereby agree to a
financial obligation to The Hershey Jr.
Bears for this season. I understand
that I may not leave The Hershey Jr.
Bears to go to another organization
without payment in full and a release
from The Hershey Jr. Bears. The Hershey
Jr. Bears views the two mandatory
fundraisers as part of the players fee.
I also understand that failure to pay
the player fee according to the payment
guidelines set forth will result in loss
of practice and/or game ice for my
son/daughter.
Payments are to be made at Registration,
on June 1st, Aug. 1st, Oct. 1st & Dec.
1st.(auto pay) |
